Given the influx of Millennials & Gen Xers into and the exodus of Boomers out of Organizations, the proliferation of technology for widespread access to Information and the ever-increasing speed of disruption to Business models, we believe that building the right leadership fundamentals early on is imperative.

Speaking

Mike is often a panel participant on a range of HR topics and issues. In 2016, some requests include SHRM on the issue of Succession Management; the Aspen Institute on the subject of Upskilling the workforce and Executive Networks’ CHRO cohort. Past requests have come from Aon Hewitt and Towers Watson.

Writing

Mike and Kathleen are collaborating on a book with Scott Mondore, PhD (Founder & Co-Managing Partner of SMD for the Multi-Generational HR Leader grappling with the impact of Millennials on traditional HR approaches and processes.

Teaching

Mike has been a guest lecturer for Dr. John Boudreau’s class at USC’s Marshall School of Business. He has also been a guest presenter with Dr. Alec Levenson of USC’s Center for Effective Organizations.
